Terrable Managment, Not Worth the $:
I have moved in Early this summer (09) and ever since they have messed up on my monthly bills. First they didn't charge me for parking and when they figured it out they charged my account without telling me and was about to kick me out over $40. It was their fault. Then they charged me for underground parking when it was still under construction and I couldn't park there. As Caliburda had mentioned, you can't get ahold of them without walking in their office, but you can only do that if you dont work from 7-5. I have also given up on placing repair orders since they never do them.
I don't think that they ever clean the hallways or stairwells. They claim that they have a pool table, well they do, but they are missing some balls, so you can't even play that.
Also their hot water doesn't get hot enough and they have no adjustments for it.
All around it is not worth the price.

Horrible Service for the money they charge:
Horrible experience from the start. I moved in on August 3rd. The apartment was dirty because they had been fixing the A/C unit the same day. The lock in the bathroom was broken, as was the handle on the closet door. The manager Jackie assured me that the cleaning service would come the next day and everything would be fixed in a timely manner. It never happened. Moreover, nobody ever replied to my e-mails or returned my calls. The doorman was always too busy to press the button to open the door for you (you have to swipe the card to enter the building). The area itself is very unpleasant with homeless people begging for money way too often and no decent supermarket in the vicinity. Avoid this place by all means - it is not worth the money they charge. And have I mentioned that my windows were overlooking a construction site, which started at 6.15 am even on Saturday?
