Terrible:
Shoes were not ready when promised. I waited 4 days. Then owner called me to ask what I wanted done (had already told the clerk who took my shoes 4 days ago When I arrived to pick up my shoes another day later, they were not ready. I had to go back the next day and they did not do what I asked to be done. PLUS it was outrageously expensive!
