Complete Disaster:
I used 360 for our Board of Directors meeting in Dallas, Texas. My experience with 360 was horrible. I provided them with specific (not uncommon) requests and they dropped the ball on every one of them. Some examples are:
(1) Drivers failed to notify me when 10 minutes away from Hotel with vip's
(2) Failed to monitor flights, vip’s had to wait and cars were late
(3) Not all drivers used the signage we provided
(4) Disorganized on departure day, inflexible with changes, forced to use taxis
(5) Rates charged were not as quoted
(6) Final billing confusing
