Terrible and outrageous:
This is simply not a reliable service company. Last December 2009 aBriggs lost both my passport and green card while processing a foreign VISA. Since then they have completely ignored my claims to get reimbursement of not only the lost documents but also their basic service fee. This is just outrageous and I would recommend everyone to seek alternatives.

scam, scam scam all over:
Terrible terrible terrible service!!!service paid for a 2 days (48 hours) to have a passport,end up having a 3-4 days service due to the manager (of the boston office) error ..as she didn't told us (and didn't check) that they needed a travel intinerary!! Promise a refund after 4 months no refund no getting back at us!! Even ignoring our emails and calls!! No nothing will never ever use this company again!!!
