I have never written a review simply because I have never really received that bad of service to warrant it. After using the services of A&R, I felt it was necessary to warn other consumers of what a horrible experience we had with them. Prepare to be overcharged and your system not working properly. The technician had limited knowledge and after charging us over $500 he failed to properly fix our ac/heating. After we informed him our unit was still not working properly, he told us to call someone from another company because he was not familiar with our controller even though we had already been charged for his services and paid! What kind of service is that? In the end it’s your choice, but I recommend calling other companies before deciding on A&R. Best of luck!
