A & T Creative Nail Salon

A & T Creative Nail Salon was founded in 2007, and is located at 130 Black Horse Pike # 402 in Audubon.

I have been going to this salon every two weeks for the last 5 years and have always had an issue with their customer service and communication skills. I would never go without an appointment but would always wait on my nail tech faithfully. I would show up and sometimes be told he couldn’t service me at all, sometimes I would wait hours or he would ask me to grab something to eat until he was ready for me and although I would express my frustration, I would wait as my nail tech did great work. Over the last month and a half, my nails have been having a terrible reaction to getting a fresh set or refill. I made the salon aware and they told me they did not know why. The perimeter of my nail would get swollen and would soon start to peel. Underneath my nail bed would tear and hurt terribly along with itch and I was so confused as to what was going on being as though I’ve been doing this for years. I recently found out that the salon uses a product by the name of MMA in which is illegal. I will no longer give my business to this A&T Creative location and urge everyone to keep this in mind whether they have had a reaction to the products or not. The salon being okay with putting their customers at risk says a lot about the culture of the company.
