Amazingly helpful and informed.:
I needed a new door lock for my Honda Element. This locksmith deduced that the car had a keyless entry system (that I didn't know about) and set me up with a place to purchase it, as opposed, it would cost me quite less to replace the lock.
They were absolutely fabulous. A while ago, my fiance and I discovered that our cleaning person had broken the top lock to our unit.:
They sent someone immediately. They were one of the only places open past 6 PM. A few days later, we had another problem with our lock, and they offered some great advice to fix it. They are extremely sweet and very reliable. Highly recommend.

They actually answered the phone and didn't get a recording to call me back! They came out same day re-keyed everything and noticed the deadbolts and handles were installed backwards by the original owners. they corrected all of that at no additional charge. They were responsive, courteous and professional. I would use again.
