Isamu & Moco Kubota are the husband and wife team behind YuZu. Our first location opened it's doors on 11.04.2011 inside the Ala Moana Hotel. A second location will open Spring 2012 at Ko'Olina. Mr. Kubota is a chef and restaurateur with over 23 years experience both abroad in Tokyo and in Hawaii (Maui + Oahu). Aaron's atop the Ala Moana (formerly Nicholas Nickolas) celebrated its grand re-opening in late 1999 with a completely new look, ambiance, and enhanced menu.
