Unhappy custormer:
I was very unhappy with the way this company treated us, we had scheduled a class
to take and got the dates mixed up and called to verify the date and found it was that
morning, the receptionist/manager, hung up and said too bad you loose, the class
is just started, so after driving over to the place the manager refused to even recschuled for the next one. They took our money period, and said you were a no call/no show,
well I did call and did show up. This company is unfair and unreasonalbe to deal with.
My wife took this same class several years ago, this was a renewal, and have since
referred many co workers, to their company and was very diappointed to have
been treated so unfairy.
All this after writting the owner and receiving no response and finallly calling
speaking to Susan Schmitt, the owner who also was not willing to resovle
anything just took our money.
So needless to say I am not referring no one else!
