Since 2008, Absolute Party Store has been providing Costume Design, Theatrical from Tarzana.

The owner of this store is greedy and only cares about making a sale! His emplyees gave my 6 year old daughter a size 12 costume for halloween. When my husband came home and I noticed the size, I immediatley went back the next day to exchange the costume. This was two days before halloween. The owner refused to exchange the new costome that was still in the original package. Basically, they wanted to get rid of their inventory before halloween so they stuck us with whatever size they had. This was absolutely intentional! What a disgrace. What ever happened to fair business practice?
