Highly recommend this practice:
I was so impressed with this practice after meeting Dr . Rubin during a hospital stay in 1993 that I switched to Advanced OB/GYN and I'm so happy I did. The entire staff is caring, compassionate and always willing to answer any of my concerns. They deserve an A+++++. I wish all practices were like them.

Amazing & Extremely Caring Practice:
I cannot fully express how wonderful this practice is! The physicians are extremely knowledgeable and understanding. For the first time I have an OB GYN practice that listens to me and answers all of my questions. The staff including the receptionists and the nurses are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this group!!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

From the moment I called the office to the end of my visit, the staff and doctor were very friendly and professional. I had some follow up with the nurses who returned my call and were extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants caring, professional and friendly staff of people who care about you as a person!

Billing dept very rude - not an overall great exprience:
I went to Advance OBGYN Lebonon, NJ - for my second pregnancy, I was able to compare it to the first practice I went in somerset, NJ (they were great) before we moved here and it was near to my place. Some of the staff is all right - One older nurse were friendly who took my details for the first visit. front desk is also okay. The first bad expeirnce - the ultrasound nurse or technician - very very rude - no hello no hi - no conversation - with a rude long face as if someone has died - and here you are there for the first ultrasound excited about your baby - very rude and bad - didnot like her - may be she was having a bad day but not acceptable. But Doctors are not who will take there time to answer your questions as according to them its a business and they need to see patient after patient to keep on making $$ - the same routine for them for each patient - so no sympathy or friendliness or kindness, if you are going through a problem. My husband was concerned and wanted to ask questions as I was having a miscarriage, but they had zero patience ! I was surprised ! Still I am ok with all - they are may be suppose to be like that. But then billing department is the WORST WORST WORST - I was depressed due to my miscarriage but they didn't show any sympathy at all - totally where is the money kind of attitude. I was out of the country and when I came back we cleared all the bills right away of all hospitals, other doctors like anesthetist, and I called advance OGYN's to pay there bill in full abt $950, but they wanted to charged me $250 fee for being late in making payment - in spite of me requesting them and saying I got late as I was out of country - the manager lady at billing very very rudely behaved and hangup my call !!! I have never had such customer service experience from any - I say again any provider or patrice ever !! Don't go there save your self and find a better one - this people are not worth for anything. I will never go there again. I just like Dr. Abhaysinge - she was very helpful and nice to me. But Billing dept lady spoiled the entire experience. And don't get me wrong we have never kept anyone money - always paid before time and our credit is great from past 20 years - this first bad experience - will never go there again. My two neighbors went there and same experience - they r not going there for there second child. - one neighbor is due now in sep 2012 and she is so horrified with her first exp with Advance OBGY that she is delivering the second child with a midwife at home and avoiding all drama completely.
