In one sentence, here's what impresses me about AfterOurs Urgent Care Trenton, NJ. They are patient-centered, the staff is efficient and professional, and everyone makes the experience for the patients very pleasant.

I've been to the AfterOurs Urgent Care once and the service was outstanding--much better than what I've encountered at other hospitals in Trenton, NJ area. The office is clean and beautiful, the staff is very attentive. I'd choose go there again.

The best part of the visit was waiting 30 minutes to be seen when I was the only one there. The attending physician didn't have a name tag, the website stated incorrect hours as well as the phone system was not connected and voice mails weren't listened to. After relaying my symptoms which were diagnosed as a flu and not a cold, my print out read common cold with treatment for cold symptoms. The receptionist had no clue of what to do behind the desk. It appeared to be a make shift movie set.
