This company is horrible. Waited a week for a call back on a payoff, no one ever called. Finally paid off the loan with $150 fee to close out the loan. Over 2 months have gone by and they have failed to send the completed documents to the county to get the lien off the deed, which was another $100 fee. I have never had such poor service from a company, you would have better luck with a loan shark.
