Very upsetting! He pulled a "Bate & Switch" when it came to the price. He bad mouthed several other companies which I feel is very unprofessional. Then while I'm writing the check for 3 times what he said on the phone, he then told me he needed to take the clock and do a $400.00 overhaul as soon as I was ready. Sorry, not happening. After he left, my clock never kept time and then it started doing things like playing 2 songs at the same time, it was only a month and I needed to repair my clock again! Of course I called another company named "A & D", who was able to fix the problem, he also got the clock running to the minute, Allen was respectable and honest, I wish I called him first. Ken Brooke of All Clocks, I would not let back in my home under any circumstance!
