Don't use this company:
Company was supposed to be here two days ago through a Sears protection plan. I am still waiting. No one is responding to calls. The company has no official website and no email. I've written up the chain through Sears to try to fix the problem. I am hoping they'll wisen up and refuse to contract with such an incompetent and questionable repair service. UPDATE: This is the 3rd appointment they've missed with me. They've answered the phone once and the rep was belligerent and unhelpful. He accused me of canceling an appointment -- an appointment I never even made. It was fiction and bizarre. The manager, David Bailey, refuses to come to the phone or to call customers back. Do not use this company.
