The torsion spring on our 16' garage door broke one evening after my wife came home from work. I called several companies later that night getting quotes on replacing the spring.

After finding this company, I called them and Andy quoted me the best price, and showed up first thing in the morning (it was still dark outside -- that's how early it was) to replace it. Super polite, super professional and they didn't try to upsell me.

About 3-4 weeks, ago, our garage started making a grinding noise when I tried to open it and then it wouldn't open anymore, so we had to open it manually (which I realize how inconvenient it is..thank goodness for garage door openers!) He told me what the problem was, how to maintain the garage door. He lubed all the moving parts for me, replaced what needed replacing and gave me a discount for finding him on yelp. When it comes time to replace our door, I'm definitely calling this one again! This was our first time we had problems with the garage door and I'm glad we had a good experience with this company.
