THese guys came out to my house to fix a broken pilot light on my water heater. Initially they installed an igntion switch which didn't work so they then installed a second expensive part without my permission. The result was a massive gas leak. Allstar told me I needed a new water heater. Thank goodness I got a second and third opinion. As it turns out Allstar insalled the wrong ignition switch and then cross-threaded the second part causing the gas leak. What should have been a small problem ended up costing me over a thousand dollars and Allstar has refused to reurn my calls or refund my money to this point (I'm planning on taking them so small claims court if I have to).THese guys should not be allowed to be in business-AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
