I have cremated 4 Rotties and I know approximately what the containers should weigh. Our 6 year old, 159 lb. Rottweiler was creamated by this company and when I picked her ashes up from the company, the container didn`t weigh as much as when we cremated our other 8 month old Rottweiler puppy of 100 lbs. I am sickened at the thought of only getting part of her ashes back. This service was used by "Emergency Animal Clinic" in Glendale, AZ. I also called them and told them about it. I can`t proove anything. I will never, use this company again. I called on 9/11/08 and they admitted on mixed up ashes with another animal. It wasn`t her after all. They promised a refund of $225.00 for the mess; but no money yet. It makes me wonder who`s ashes I am getting now.

Had to put our Rottie down about two weeks ago. Our vet uses this company for cremation services...and we were horrified to arrive home today from vacation to find our dogs remains on our front porch. Yes, they are in-tact, BUT who does that? We have no problem having REPLACEABLE, MATERIAL items delivered to our home, but your beloved pet's remains??? I don't think so. They could have easily been stolen, and we would have never even known until a month from now...which is precisely when we were told they would be ready for PICK-UP at our vet's office. We would have NEVER agreed to having Tison's remains HAPHAZARDLY placed on our front porch. I won't even mention the fact the the wounds are still fresh and knowing that our dog (a member of our FAMILY) had to hang out in the elements of the HOT SUMMER ARIZONA HEAT. We are NOT pleased AT ALL and would NOT recommend their services in the slightest.
