Just having graduated from college and in need of a car these were the easiest and most courteous people I've dealt with. They made the experience as easy as it could be. They dealt with my insurance company, and the DMV right in the office. They had the car I wanted on the lot and it was checked by their mechanic before I picked it up. When I asked what was done they brought the mechanic Craig to answer my questions. It was enjoyable purchasing a car from them. I will definately make them my first stop when it comes time to replace this one, or to add another car.

This had to be the most painless car buying experience of my life!! The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. Roger is a no pressure kind of salesman. The car was on the lot and ready to be test driven. Upon returning and deciding to make the purcahse the process was short and sweet. The car went through their mechanic to be fully checked out and is running fine.

They are a friendly no haggle place to buy from, the price was considerably lower than what KBB suggested.

I would definately make them my first stop in purchasing my next vehicle.

This was a precious experience.
While attempting to purchase Acura MDX 2008 advertised on cars.com, I called this outfit and spoke to Bruce.
Bruce has agreed on the price with me and I have consequently provided the credit card to hold the vehicle for me
and requested the invoice. It took me 2 more days to get the invoice, which contained original price
(not the one we have agreed upon) + additional fee, previously undisclosed.
When asked to remove it, Bruce had insinuated that I couldn't understand his English, and when asked why -
he replied that he hears an accent in my voice and hang up on me!!!
It took me a phone call to the credit card before money were refunded!!!

The owner and staff at this dealership really make the uncomfortable experience of a automotive transaction very simple and honest. The vehicles for sale are in great shape the sales staff are very curteous and knowledgable and the owner with his new york accent is very cool. They are very honest and open about what you are buying and the prices cannot be beat. I truly purchased my car $2000 below kelley blue book. They have a great in house service dept with a technician that can answer any service question for you and was extremely comfortable with his knowledge, not to mention he gave me 3 complimentary oil change services. I have already sent a fellow co worker to purchase a car there as well and he felt the same way as i do. If you like personal treatment this place is it!!!!
