LDV Hospitality has installed a TriBeCa branch of Marc Forgione’s Atlantic City steakhouse. Cuts of meat are listed by whether they have been wet- or dry-aged. There are also potatoes cooked in fat from dry-aged beef, plenty of seafood and more than a dozen butters and sauces for the main course.
