Don't send your kids to American Kidz Academy:
There are so many issues with this place and I don’t even know where to start…. So I’ll simply state the FACTS that will be helpful to the new parents who are considering American Kidz Academy.
1. Parents are given credit towards tuition if they fill out great reviews on Yelp therefor that’s why you see 4 and 5 star reviews.
2. Since opening the center in West Loop, they have gone through 6 directors.
3. High teacher turnover.
4. They screen their calls with caller I.D. and no one returns calls.
5. Owners do not care about the kids or their education, they are only interested in your money to build more centers. They spend more than what they make.
6. For those who would like to know who the owners are (since they won’t share the owners name) it’s Mr. Mihai Chezan (GOOGLE THAT)!
7. DON’T take advantage of the pre-payment program to get a discount.
8. There’s defiantly lot more I can share but if this is not enough to STOP you and you’re still signing up your kids, whatever you do, don’t sign up for automatic payment. You will realize very quickly it’s a mistake and will dis-enroll them and A & B are what you’ll run in to. A. they won’t refund you on the deposit and B. they’ll continue to take money out of your account OR if you pre-paid, you won’t see that money either as we’re still waiting on our pre-payment.
