Samples abound in the intimate space, where hardwood wall built-ins are lined with the perfect cheese accoutrements: roasted nuts and caviar, specialty honeys and jams. Wednesday mornings beginning at 10am, the shop offers made-before-your-eyes fresh mozzarella (and heirloom tomatoes, too). If you want some, get there early: Once it's gone, that's it for the week.
