Animal Medical Center

I wish I could give them one star but I can't. Terrible service to clients and animals. Our dog stayed there one night and when we picked him up the next day he was covered in excrement and they didn't bother to wash him before they brought him to us. This was the second time this had happened. When we brought him home he did not stop throwing up for 3 days and was lethargic (completely not himself). After calling the manager to talk to her sbout this (and by the way, the head boss works only 2 days a week for 6 hours each day) she refused to answer questions and said that she could not pull up our records at the moment. I told her I would wait for her to get them so we could get this squared away and she hung up on me! I called back less than a second later and the staff had told me she had left for the day! Then when I told them that I was just on the phone with her, they told me she was on another call but did not hang up me! UNBELIEVABLE! Save yourself the stress and your pet from this horrid establishment. RUN, do not walk, away from this place! If you decide to go there, don't say I didn't warn you!
