Worst Customer Service, I've Ever Experienced!!:
I experienced the worst customer service ever at this company!! I am an Independent Marketing Consultant and contacted this company to order custom bags a client of mine needed for a promotional fund raiser their company was throwing.

I paid an additional fee for a 2 day rush, extremely high fee, and noticed it was not sent out on the date it should have been sent out for having paid a two day rush, after approving my proof and invoice. Also paid for second day air, yet it was shipped standard ground and only took one day for delivery because it was shipped from Arizona, the state I reside in. It would have been nice to know it was being shipped from Arizona, the rep I was working with, recommended the second day air shipping. Needless to say, it was for their benefit, not mine.

The proof process was horrific and extremely painful. I was sent two different proofs, one which belonged to another company, having their logo and information displaying, the other having my own information and logo belonging to my project. The person I was dealing with in the art dept seemed highly incompetent for the task involved.

Overall, it was a really bad experience, I will never utilize this company for any future projects and I would not recommend, even considering for your custom bag needs. Look elsewhere, I actually found a company here locally that I will be using for my next project.

Absolutely Horrible!!!:
Horrible product. The custom bags they printed were wrong and they refused a reprint. Terrible customer service- it took over a week for an answer. Furthermore, they are trying to invoice us more for an over run on the bags. We've been in business 11 years and have NEVER had such a bad experience with a vendor.
