Incompetent:
Started with the initial call. They couldn't seem to get my address information down correctly. Didn't show up when they were supposed to. Didn't call to let me know they weren't coming. When they did make a second attempt to come it took several minutes for them to understand simple directions to the house and they never did fix my dishwasher.
