Easy Breezy:

The Appliance Technician was fast, did not make me wait long, honest about the service charge (which was cheaper than the first company I called) and put the service charge towards repairs. My boyfriend basically knew what was wrong with it and thought it would cost more. The tech was nice and made me laugh - thanks!
