I honestly can say how disappointed i was seeing my parent in this facility. Even though it is extremely clean, the staff is always understaffed and stressed and the owners are hands off and never present. They leave everything to the cna's who i hear leave left and right, in the short time since i have see my parent there, there have been 2 different caregivers and the others have left. My good friend who is a cna told me the owner karen is awful to work and people go there just for a short time and leave. Also my parent was crying and no one could tell me why, they rushed her in the bathroom and kept telling her to stop crying. In fact one afternoon they forgot to get this elderly man out of bed for his lunch and they had forgotten about him and rushed to take him from his bed at almost 4 in the afternoon. I do not recommend using this place.
