One of the city's most popular professional theaters, the Arden is set in a beautifully renovated brick building near the trendy galleries and restaurants of Old City. The Arden performs in an intimate 360-seat space and mounts five main stage shows (2004-2005 will include Steve Martin's The Underpants and August Wilson's Fences ), and a children's show each season.
