Description
John has been cooking barbecue for almost 30 years but will never stop trying to make it better. John founded Armadillo Willy's BBQ in 1983 and still creates all the recipes used in our eight restaurants. John grew up in the Bay Area but has traveled all over Texas eating barbecue and claims to have eaten in more Texas BBQ Joints than any native!
