Use if you want to be cheated and lied to:
Use if you want to be lied to, cheated, if you want your stuff broken, and it you want to be treated badly. He is not insured. He broke our sand ceremony vase for my grandfather who passed away before our wedding, an antique china dish, our wedding portrait frame, and our dining room table. We called and he said he was insured and would take care of it. It took him 2 months to come out and look at the items. He would call and say that he is coming and not show up. He finally came by and said that his insurance would pay for the dish and the vase and he would have someone fix the table and frame. He said his insurance would call us the next week. 2 months later - His attitude turned from "Mr Customer Service for 14 years" to "I don't care about you and your stuff." He was really rude and said that he was not going to file a claim with his insurance because his rates would go up. He offered to fix table, I didn't trust he would return it, told him not to worry about it. Horrible.
