We have a beautiful store, impeccable service. There's no satisfying some people:
I am Lisa Rosenberg, co-owner of Arrelle Fine Linens and would like to comment on the negative post below.
The purchase was made at our store at which time the customer was informed that the linens being ordered and imported specifically for him would take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. Occasionally we experience delays (due to vendor production schedules, etc.) which can increase delivery times from 10 to 16 weeks. We do our utmost to find this out in advance, to inform the customer before purchasing --but some delays do occur. With the recent economic events of the last year I would think that there might be some understanding with regard to a hiccup in the delivery time.
Most of the order was received within 10 weeks. A single duvet cover, the only item remaining, arrived at week 12. As a courtesy, we gave a $432 credit equal to a 50% discount on the duvet cover. Awful - If I could give them negative stars:
I purchased linens recently from Arrelle and it was an awful experience, particularly for the type of $$$$ they charge. They repeatedly missed their successively promised delivery estimates ultimately taking 3-4x what I was initially told. They discounted one of the items to "make up" for the excessive lateness, in the process of which they managed to charge me the new sales tax rate on the entire order - minor, but rather irritating. In the end, the items I received were not even correct (colors don't match). I've decided to live with the mistake rather than spend anymore of my life dealing with these people
