Terrible:

These salesmen blatantly lied to me about what the Next plan included. Told me if I switched from Verizon the plan would lower my monthly rate. This plan more than doubled my rates. They showed me what my monthly costs would be with the equipment charges and somehow I ended paying $50 more. When I asked them about this and brought in my paperwork they were sketchy. Had to pay $500+ to get out and glad I did. AVOID
