I took my car in for service and they didn't fix the problem. I complained to the GM and he said they'd pick up the car and thoroughly investigate the problem. They didn't do any of that. When I followed up with the GM to tell him that none of his promises were kept, I didn't get any reply.

I gave them chances to fix the problem and more than enough time to reply to me, but they ignored me.

Stay away from this place.

I spent almost $500 to have my car not fixed.
They replaced the wrong items. Another mechanic found the problem in 1 minute and fixed for less then $100.
