This place has awful communication and customer service. The guy who sits at the desk is rude.I had a horrible experience with my engine rebuild.First they told me that it was only going to take a week and that they were going to contract out to have motor removed to get done in time.Well it took two weeks with me contacting them every other day asking for a status.When calling for status they acted like I was an inconvenience.Before I picked up car I asked for my remaining balance.It was higher due to extra parts needed which i can understand but the part that made me upset is that they went ahead and bought a new battery for my car because he said my battery was junk. I informed person at desk that its a new battery and should have called me so i could return it and get a new one. He then got an attitude and stated well you can have the old one back than,that's all i can do. I let that go and went and paid remaining balance. Not even saying you must have drained the battery yourself by working on the car.After I paid I asked for my old battery that still has a three year warranty(interstate). He looked around in shop and couldn't find it. Come to find out i still had my original battery still in the car. So he had to refund me for the reconditioned battery he attempted to charge me for. No apology or anything.I go to get on highway for first time and i have no throttle response.It was like driving a hybrid/electric cart that slowly has to build up speed.Took to my mechanic and guess what was wrong.They didn't tighten one of the bolts on the throttle assembly and didn't even put the second bolt back on so my cable that goes to transmission wasn't able to stretch enough to allow car to go into passing gear.Now im stuck with this bill after paying $2900....Also when i got home from shop i checked fluids.Power steering fluid not registering on dip stick,transmission fluid a quart low and no coolant in the reservoir.Also noticed my air intake clamp wasn't tightened and i was missing a bolt on it.

This should not happen..This is unacceptable...Bad business practice.
