I will comment on Azul Cleaning and Carla Flood. I hired Azul to clean my 900 square foot cottage. I am OCD and keep the place super clean, I hired her company for a deep clean. The first cleaner showed up on a saturday and that person did not do a good job nor clean very much. She literally took over 2 hours cleaning blinds AND TALKING on her cell phone MOST of the time. I explained this to carla, she sent over a 2nd cleaner on the following wednesday. This lady was MUCH BETTER and clean fast and well! The problem I have is Carla charged me $65 an hour on that Saturday for a service that WAS NOT RENDERED. I again called to explain my di satisfaction and she promised to mail a check/gift certificate. That was before new years. I called her today (JAN 21) and she claimed my house was "FILTHY" and they she does not owe me a refund. Carla is a LIAR and A CHEAT. I AM DISGUSTED WITH AZUL CLEANING. I WILL EXERCISE MY RIGHT OF FREE SPEECH UNTIL CARLA SMARTENS UP AND SENDS MY REFUND!!
