Negligent:
The worst experience. We recently hired these guys to install hard wood floors in our house. The job was botched and they refused to accept any responsibility for it. It will now cost of thousands of dollars to fix the damage caused to our house by Banner Carper Torrance. A must to avoid - be warned.
