Nothing good to say, unfortunately:
I recently order a bouquet of flowers for a close friend (his father passed away). I ordered on a Monday, and received email confirmation the flowers would be delivered the following Tuesday. Come Thursday, I called just to make sure everything had gone according to plan. I was told there had been no delivery, and they would look into it and call back in 15 min. I work in customer service, so I know 15 min turns into 3 hours sometimes. I waited until the next day for a follow up call. I was once again told I would be contacted that day. No call. I think this may have happened 2 more times. I then wrote an email to the address given in my order confirmation email. I explained everything, and that I still wanted to send these flowers, even though it was a week past the funeral.
2 weeks later, I still have no email response. No return call. And no flowers.
