The Terrace, surrounded by a balcony, is good for parties from 80 to 120 (although 120 feels packed).

With its sweeping view of the Mississippi, Bella Luna is considered the most romantic restaurant in town. At this writing, after suffering serious water damage twice, the restaurant was still closed with no firm reopening date, though the owners are firm that they will return, and in much the same form.
