Bergstrom Glass

This guy doesn't know how to do his job. I could tell he was close-minded and judgmental from the moment he walked in. Paul Bergstrom complained about the job he was hired to do and had to come back several times to take the same measurement. He even asked me if I could do the measurement for him to save him a trip to the site because he lost them. His workers didn't use a drop cloth over fixtures and damaged them and made a mess. They denied the damage, and when I tried to reason with Paul and ask about what they do with damage cases, he got defensive, insulted me, and hung up on me. Where's the quality control?? Very unprofessional.
