What is going on?:
So I went to Big 5 to find baseball pants for my son and they had slim pickins, I thought I would ask an employee if there were more in the back (as we know-lazy employees like to say "what we have is all out there") Why have a "stock room" then?! Anyhow thought I would skip asking someone to look for pants in the back, and moved on to a lawn chair to use to watch my son's games, well of course the one I wanted was on display, but sold (or maybe in the "stock room"), so I made my self to the check out to ask for help, because that was where EVERY employee was-just standing around laughing and gossiping! No one turned to me me to ask "can I help you?" or "someone will be right with you." I WALKED OUT after being ignored! I wished the following customer luck in getting help on my way out! I will never return to that store AND I am call in a complaint today! In this economy I have to ask...where did the customer service go? Aren't employees afraid of losing their jobs and becoming homeless?
