Supposedly put 15lbs of coolant into a system that was keeping our house too cold (Bijan turned on the heat when he got here to warm up the house and it was in the 90's outside). Left dead birds and a ton of debris in the units. Charged over $650 and promised to send it to warranty, said he did numerous times, than said he never would. He is dishonest, stay away! Other companies have said that our units would not have cooled the house that low. He said there was no leak, but that is impossible if we really were down 15lbs of coolant. STAY AWAY!
