I want everyone to know how much this place charges for their parts and especially to ship something to you. They charged me $ 9.20 for a plastic knob...then an additional $ 11.16 to ship this 1 oz. item to my house... and I'm just on the other side of the state. I had to ship the knob to central Illinois and it cost me $ 1.64 using the same packing and box. Just because they had my credit card number they used the most expensive way to ship it to me. Now THAT'S customer service....thanks alot
