This was the worst grooming experience my dog and I have ever had. The man at the front desk had the worst people skills I have ever experienced with a business. It was dirty, he was yelling, and lacked basic rules of politeness. Dog grooming is not rocket science-- but they managed to mess it up. I specifically directed them on how to give my dog a "puppy cut," yet they shaved him down to the bone and his head was cone-shaped-- exactly what I told them not to do. They triple charged me for my visit since their credit card machine "was not working." VERY UNHAPPY. You will be doing yourself a favor by going somewhere else.

I took my little yorkie to this AWFUL place today, and have never been so mad! Not only did they leave her in the filthy kennel for hours after me expressly asking them not too, that I would bring her at a scheduled time for an "in and out" appointment - but I get her home to find out that her skin has been scratched RAW and she has several large nicks on her now irritated and red tummy. I am afraid of infection because this place was not very clean so have made an appointment with her vet this afternoon. And to top it all off we go to put her in the car and puffs of small hairs go flying, they didn't even blow her off after the torturous session of grooming. I do not recommend this place to anyone that loves their pet like I do. They may have some good groomers there, but it was my little yorkies misfortune to be mistreated and injured by one of the absolute worse groomers ever!

Our dog has been going here for years and loves it. It is a dog-friendly place, not necessarily a people place! If you have a doggy-sociable dog, they love it here. Funky, old place, but nice, caring people.

They care very much about the animals that enter that building and yes it might smell a little bad but hello it's a grooming shop where they wash dogs all day. And the reason they have the dogs running around is so they are not locked and trapped in a kennel all day so they don't urinate in the kennel all over them. They really do care about the animals that go in there my dogs come out there happy and clean and come on they look great. Since there prices are low in this economy that shows right there that they are not in it for the money and bill is the best him and Kelly have been there so long they are very trust worthy people and if something is bad they will try to take care of it and make you leave there happy and hoping you come bad for more.
They are fantastic!!!!!!
