Rude, obnoxious punks is the only way to describe today's employees! For the third straight time, my phone order was incorrect. The previous two times I let it go, but today I called back and asked for a manager. The punk that answered the phone said in a sarcastic and rude tone "Whaddaya want?" In other words, I'm not getting a manager! Really??? Great customer service!!! So I explained that one of the three dishes was incorrect. The incorrect order was ravioli with meatballs and melted cheese, but the meatballs and cheese were missing. His response was "Your meatballs are underneath and you didn't ask for melted cheese. I said "There are no meatballs and I most certainly did ask for melted cheese, and both are printed on the receipt, by order taker Dutch!" He fumbled for words, told me to give him a couple of minutes, and then hung up on me!!! Never again will I set foot in that place!!! If the owner really cares about his/her business, they'll take the time to teach their employees manners and customer service, because the current crew has none, and they couldn't care less about their clients!!!!!!!

By the way, their website email doesn't work to take suggestions/complaints.......SHOCKER!!!
