Poor, poor, poor service:
Took Toro snowblower in on Nov 18 with a simple no start condition, Had to repeatedly call just to get it back 15 days later. Also, I was quoted 90 dollars and charged 128 without any Authorization. The service writer is rude and doesn't care. Someone please start a business like this one that actually cares about it's customers!
