One of few upscale (and also slightly pricier) vegetarian restaurants in Chelsea, Blossom offers a mix of more classic dishes, such as a BLT, with more elegant dishes, such as phyllo roulade. Check out their separate lunch and brunch menu. A popular item is the "Trendy Tofu Scramble," which will satisfy breakfast cravings without elevating the cholesterol.
