Blue Moon has every reason to be bombastic, yet much like it doesn't have to be. It knows its place at the head of the diner/cafe/casual dining table, no need to flaunt it like a $2 whore. Just do your job well and with flair. Fresh well portioned plates served in a frill-free zone of happy. No Splenda here, this is real sweetness with a side-order of competency. Nice.
