I wish I could review this company based on the actual embroidery service but we never got that far. After calling the location to find out if they did small jobs and if they could do it quickly, I ran over to his place. I spent 20 mins with him placing the logos where I wanted them. Afterwards, he told me they needed full prepayment and only accepted cash or a company check. Since I did not have enough cash, I asked him for my garments and let him know that I did not appreciate him not informing me over the phone of their stringent payment policy.

I left for a minute and then realized I had a bit of cash so I came back with one of the garments to have it embroidered. At that point he told me that I was a trouble maker and he didn't want my business.

I'm so glad to know that his business is doing so well that he can treat potential customers so rudely.
