Portland's Chinatown is known as a spot for after work drinks and young club goers, and the Boiler Room differs only by having a dedicated mission of all karaoke, all the time. The drinks are quite stiff and cocktails are a very reasonable $3 before 9pm. The atmosphere is non-smoking and few customers are good enough singers to be intimidating.
