Breaking the endless cycle.:
Before this, I did school for pre-med, but I took too many loans than I could handle. I took some semesters off, tried getting jobs to by pay the debt, only to find myself in a deeper hole than I was. Every time I tried to save, something, something always came up and found myself going nowhere fast. In the end I was looking for more financial freedom and stability.
When I found the ad, I didn’t quite know what I was getting into. But when I got hired, I was surrounded by energetic people. The girl who trained me talk about opening her own branch, owning her own business. She was crazy motivated. She talked about how far this opportunity could take me as long as I worked.
What made me stay ultimately was the idea of actually working for myself, being able to say that this is mine, I’m doing this for me.
Now that I’m close to opening my own branch location, what I want to do is what was done to me: Pass along the skills that I’ve learned to those who want to move forward, have a chance at the American dream in 60-90 days. I want to tell my people, why not take this opportunity and run with it?

Not just a boss, but a leader.:
I applied to the ad not knowing exactly what I got myself into. But once I got in, I got something a little more than what I expected. I learned how to be a leader.
I was a little jaded at first when they said that they were going to make me into a boss. I mean, all the jobs I’ve been to, the boss for most part just barked out orders. Some were cool, others not so.
What I got out of this company was this: you become a leader. Now there’s a difference between being a leader vs just being a boss, which most people don’t pick up on, but you know which one is which without explanation.
I learned that being a leader, its not about what you do for yourself, its what they can teach others to do. Its about learning how to do something for yourself, then teaching someone else how to do it.
In order to be a good leader, I had to be a good follower. The branch managers don’t just give orders just for the sake of it. They are successful people for a reason. They too went through the same process, starting from the bottom all the way to a business owner.
I learned that being a leader also means having patience, giving yourself time to grow. My mentality has changed since I started this job, and realized that I never stop growing.

New state of mind!:
What I take from this is the fact that through this program I was able to completely flip my mind state is the lesson of what this opportunity has changed for me. In all honesty I am a different and better individual because of this program. The branch managers didn’t just hire me solely on my background and qualifications, but because I had qualities needed to start my own business.
They provided the hands-on training that brought out the inner leader in me.
Words are merely words and can hardly touch on the many ways this opportunity has touched my life. If your truly looking for a way out, the chance to change your life, and the opportunity you’ve felt life has never just handed over, this is it!
Now this is not for everyone but for those that it is, I say will with all encouragement, grab it with full belief that you can make a difference in the outcome of your future, and run with it full force. You really have nothing to lose, but; a world of freedom, financially and mentally, to not only gain, but control.

We are a fabulous company that thrives on new employees and customers alike! we only keep our weak staff for about 3 weeks tops, but we complete training for the strong ones faster because they make us more money. clean and simple, if you're weak GTFO if not great.
